What I find most valuable about inter-establishment meetings is that they create genuine opportunities for people to connect outside their usual routines. Cooking workshops, pétanque, Christmas markets or music sessions may seem like simple activities, but they encourage conversation, confidence and a real sense of belonging.
Variety also matters. Some people enjoy social or creative events, while others prefer quieter forms of leisure or online entertainment, such as exploring Julius Casino in their spare time. Ultimately, the important thing is giving everyone different ways to participate, discover something new and share enjoyable moments with others.
